O&M(Operation & Maintenance)

O&M services that provide comprehensive support for the stable operation of power plants.

Solar power generation isn’t a “set it and forget it” kind of project.

Maximize long-term profits for over 20 years with planned maintenance and remote monitoring.

Why is O&M necessary?

Proper maintenance and inspection are legal obligations and are a critical issue that significantly impacts the profitability of power generation operations.

Mandatory under the revised FIT Act

Under the revised FIT law, proper maintenance and inspection are now mandatory for all solar power generation facilities.
Failure to perform maintenance may result in the loss of FIT certification and the risk of fines.

Maximize profitability

We prevent panel deterioration, malfunctions, and power generation reductions caused by weeds and dirt.
Regular inspections and emergency response minimize lost opportunities for selling electricity.

Maintain asset value

High-quality maintenance by expert technicians extends the lifespan of equipment, protecting the asset value of power plants and securing favorable terms for future sales.

Risk management and safety

Early detection of hot spots and insulation degradation prevents serious accidents such as fires and electric shocks, protecting against business disruption risks and loss of social credibility.

O&M Service Lineup

We support long-term stable operation through a three-pronged approach: “monitoring and response,” “periodic inspections,” and “repair and replacement.”

24-hour remote monitoring

Power generation and system abnormalities are constantly monitored. In the event of an abnormality, an immediate alert is issued for a swift response.

Regular inspection and diagnosis

Statutory inspection based on JPEA guidelines. Checks include electrical systems, panel appearance, and mounting structure corrosion.

Repair and replacement service

Speedy recovery in emergencies such as power conditioner failures or panel replacements. Minimizing losses from selling electricity.

Environmental maintenance management

We eliminate factors that hinder power generation through weed control, panel cleaning, snow removal, and security measures.

Detailed reporting

A dedicated report clearly visualizes inspection results, changes over time, and improvement suggestions.

EL inspection and infrared diagnosis

High-precision inspections detect internal cracks and hot spots, enabling thorough preventative maintenance.

Strengths of Total Solutions

We provide four functions—supplier, manufacturer, EPC, and O&M—in a one-stop service.

① Supplier

We ensure long-term reliability by procuring carefully selected, high-quality materials.

② Maker

Optimized with our proprietary battery storage system.

③ EPC

We provide integrated management of design, procurement, and construction, guaranteeing construction quality.

④ O&M

O&M services that support the stable operation of energy storage plants in the long term.

Grid-based battery storage systems are not a “set it and forget it” project. Proper operation and maintenance are crucial for profitability.

We provide comprehensive support to maximize the value of your energy storage assets, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Why is O&M necessary for grid-based battery storage systems?

With the large-scale introduction of renewable energy, battery storage is essential for stabilizing the power grid. However, proper operation and maintenance, including fire risks and compliance with legal regulations, are key to the success of the project.

Responding to the revised Electricity Business Act

Grid-mounted battery storage systems are classified as a “power generation business,” and their operation and management are mandated under the Electricity Business Act. We ensure that all legal requirements are met, from the submission of the basic plan to maintaining compliance with technical standards and periodic reporting.

Maximizing profitability

Revenue from battery storage systems is directly linked to market trading (arbitrage and supply-demand adjustment markets). Proper degradation management and maintaining high operating rates maximize FIT/FIP revenue and increase the likelihood of investment recovery.

Compliance with fire safety regulations and ensuring safety.

Lithium-ion batteries are classified as hazardous materials under the Fire Service Act. Appropriate safety measures, statutory inspections, and the placement of qualified hazardous materials handlers are essential.

Deterioration management/life extension

Preventive maintenance through battery cell condition monitoring (SOH/SOC) to address aging degradation. This extends battery life and minimizes replacement and disposal costs.

O&M Services: 5 Core Functions

This solution covers all the most important functions for the operation and maintenance of grid-connected battery storage systems, providing a one-stop solution.

Ensuring safety

We thoroughly inspect fire extinguishing equipment and monitoring sensors, and perform maintenance in accordance with electrical safety standards.

Maintain performance

Degradation diagnosis through BMS data analysis. Long-term performance maintenance through temperature control and uniform charging/discharging.

Remote monitoring

24/7 cloud monitoring. Voltage, temperature, and SOC/SOH are constantly tracked.

Emergency response

When an alert is triggered, expert technicians will immediately rush to the site. Rapid recovery is ensured day and night.

Market optimal operation

Optimize your arbitrage trading. We offer one-stop service, from initial optimization to entry into the supply and demand adjustment market.
